CLASS POLICIES
1.All Hello Harmony Music Services will be taught by Becky Schwartz, who holds the relevant qualifications to competently execute services. Students will receive 45 minutes of general elementary music instruction once a week, for six weeks on the following dates/times in 2024:
May 8, 15, 22,29 (Wednesdays 4:00- 4:45pm)
June 5, 12, (Wednesdays 4:00-4:45pm)
2. Registration/ subscriptions must be submitted online via the registration/ subscription forms on the Website and fees are to be paid in half or full and received by Hello Harmony Music before the start of services to confirm registration. The total cost of the session is $90.00 .Payments can be paid online with credit/ debit card or via check or Venmo upon request. All fees paid are non-refundable.
3. Students are advised to attend all In-Person Learning during services. If the student is not present for in-Person Learning, the student will not receive a refund or credit towards makeup Services.
4. Hello Harmony Music reserves the right to cancel a class and provide a make-up session within any of its services.
5. Hello Harmony Music reserves the right to dissolve, cancel or amend any of its services when deemed necessary and transfer students to a similar service at an alternate period or time. If students are unable to transfer or accept the amendment, a pro-rated refund will be given.
6. The host reserves the right to cancel up to one class due to un-forseen circumstances and re-schedule a make-up.
7. In order to avoid loss of fees for participants the host may transfer a class or remainder of the session to another host if they are : a. unable to continue hosting after their one cancellation or b. prefer not to cancel /re-schedule a make-up or c. find they are no longer able to host for the duration of the session.
8.Hello Harmony Music reserves the right to take pictures or videos of the students and/or use the student's work sample for publicity and promotional purposes, except where specifically denied by the parent in the Notes/ Additional Info of the registration/ subscription forms.
Covid-19 & Other Illness Limitation of Liability:
Hello Harmony Music assumes no liability in the event of a Student’s exposure to Covid-19 or other illness. Students participating in Hello Harmony Music Services do so at their own risk. Students should stay home if they have a fever or are infectious.
Privacy Policy
Information collected by Hello Harmony Music registration forms is personal information, as defined by the Privacy Act 1998 and includes parent/ guardian’s first name, last name, child’s name, email address, telephone number and postal address. Hello Harmony Music uses personal data entered on registration forms so that parents/ guardians can identify themselves when registering a child as a student, to be contacted about registration, and to be kept informed of matters that may be of interest. Personal information is not used for commercial purposes and is not distributed to any other organization for any purpose.
